Photography Services & Pricing Guide

This guide provides baseline pricing to inform initial consultations. Final pricing will be delivered via a formal written quote based on your specific project requirements.

1. Printing & Framing

17" × 22" High-Quality Prints

• Print Only (Unframed): $125 retail | $95 session add-on

  • Premium Pro Luster Print. (Shipping expenses applied extra)

• Budget Frame Kit: $195 retail | $165 session add-on

  • Simple, clean black frame with mat, clear protective cover, and backing. (Shipping/delivery expenses applied extra)

• 3-Print Bundle: $300 retail | $270 session add-on

  • Package of three 17" x 22" prints from your shoot or gallery. (Shipping/delivery expenses applied extra)

2. Architecture, Construction, & Real Estate

• Progress Visit: $350

  • 1 hour on-site; includes 10–15 edited photos showing build updates or job site progress.

• Standard Architectural Shoot: $750

  • Up to 3 hours on-site; includes 25 edited photos covering interior and exterior spaces.

• Full-Day Property Shoot: $1,600

  • Up to 8 hours of coverage; includes sunset shots and 45 edited photos for marketing.

3. Weddings & Special Events

• Elopement & Small Event: $1,200

  • Up to 3 hours of coverage with 50 edited digital photos.

• Classic Wedding: $2,400

  • 6 hours of continuous coverage with 100 edited photos.

• Full Story Wedding: $3,600

  • 8 to 10 hours of coverage with 150 edited photos, plus one 17" x 22" display print.

4. Portraits & Family

• Quick Portrait Session: $200

  • 30 minutes at one location; includes 5 edited digital photos.

• Standard Portrait Session: $350

  • 60 minutes at up to two locations with time for outfit changes; includes 15 edited digital photos.

• Family Session: $550

  • 90 minutes at up to three locations; includes 30+ edited digital photos.

5. Corporate

• Individual Headshots: $175

  • 20-minute session; includes 2 fully retouched digital profile photos.

• Team Headshots: $75 per person (5-person minimum)

  • Studio lighting and backdrop (if preferred) brought directly to your office; includes 1 retouched photo per person.

• Brand Content Library: $1,800

  • Half-day (4 hours) capturing your team, workplace, products, and daily workflow.

6. Drone Imagery

• Aerial Photo Package: $250

  • Drone photography providing 8–10 high-resolution overhead photos.

• Aerial Photos & Video: $500

  • Includes 10 aerial photos plus a 60-second highlight video.

7. Sports

• Game Day Coverage: $300

  • Coverage of a full game or match; delivered in an online photo gallery for the team or family.

• Athlete Spotlight Session: $250

  • 1-on-1 action shoot and portrait session; includes 15 edited photos.

8. Photojournalism

• Half-Day Story Coverage: $500

  • Up to 4 hours of documentary-style photo coverage for news, articles, or events; includes a written write-up.

• Full-Day Story Coverage: $900

  • Up to 8 hours of detailed news, event, or story coverage; includes a written write-up.

9. Commissions

• Custom Art Projects: Starting at $800

  • Fine art photography created specifically to fit your home or business space.

• Custom Video & Photo Production: Starting at $1,200

  • Full video and photo project planning and creation tailored to your specific concepts.

Travel & Expenses Policy

• Local Travel: Travel within standard local area is included at no extra cost.

• Travel Outside the Local Area: For locations further out, a standard mileage fee (or flat travel fee) will be added to cover gas and travel time.

• Overnight & Long-Distance Trips: If your project requires an overnight stay or travel by flight, train, or rental car, actual travel expenses (lodging, transit, and meals) will be billed to you.

Booking & Delivery Terms

• Deposit: A non-refundable 25% deposit is required to reserve your booked date.

• Client Discount: Photo clients receive exclusive reduced rates on all print and frame orders.

• Turnaround Times:

  • Digital Galleries: Delivered within 3–5 business days for Quick Portrait sessions, and up to approximately 2 weeks for full-day/longer coverage.

  • Prints & Framing: Delivered within 2–3 weeks following photo selection and proof approval.

• Scheduling: Start times depend on current production workload and project parameters, which will be finalized during initial consultation.
